ဖားကန္႔ အစိုးရ ဗ်ဴဟာကုန္းမွ လူေနရပ္ကြက္မ်ားသို႔ လက္နက္ႀကီးမွားျဖင့္ပစ္ခတ္

(JP kasa)ႏုိ၀င္ဘာလ (၂) ရက္ေန႔ တြင္ ဖားကန္႔အေျခစိုက္ ဗမာအစိုးရ ဗ်ဴဟာကုန္းမွ လက္နက္ႀကီးမ်ားျဖင့္ ဗလခ လူေနရပ္ကြက္မ်ားသို႔ ပရမ္းပတာပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ပစ္ခတ္မႈေႀကာင့္ အျပစ္မဲ့အရပ္သား ၃ ဦးဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ့ၿပီး ၁ ဦးမွာ အလြန္ စိုးရိမ္ရေသာ အေျခအေနတြင္ရွိေနပါသည္။ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ ၿပီးသည့္ ေနာက္ ပထမဆံုး အစိုးရတပ္မ်ား၏ လူထုအားရည္ရြယ္၍ ပစ္ခတ္မႈလည္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဖားကန္႔ေဒသတြင္ အစိုးရတပ္မ်ားသည္ KIA တပ္မ်ားထက္ ျပည္သူမ်ားကိုသာ ပစ္မွတ္ထား တိုက္ခိုက္ေနျခင္းမွာ ယခုႏွင့္ ငါးႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယေန႔ ဗမာအစိုးရဖက္မွ လက္နက္ႀကီးမ်ား အလံုး ၂၀ ခန္႔ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း KIA ဖက္မွ ယခုအခ်ိန္အထိျပန္လည္ တိုက္ခိုက္ျခင္းမရွိေသးေပ။ ပစ္ခတ္မႈမ်ားသည္ KIA တပ္ဖြဲ႔မ်ားတပ္စြဲထားရာ ေမာ္ေမာကုန္း၊ ဆိုင္းဂ်ာဘြန္၊ လေမာင္ကုန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ၃ မိုင္ ၄ မိုင္ခန္႔ကြာေ၀းေသာ ဗလခေမွာ္၊ သေဌးေဂ်ာင္ေမွာ္ စသည့္ ကခ်င္မ်ားအေနမ်ားသည့္ ရပ္ကြက္မ်ားသို႔ အမ်ားဆံုးက်ေရာက္ေပါက္ကြဲခဲ့ပါသည္။ သို႔ျဖစ္၍ ဗမာအစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ KIA အားတိုက္ခိုက္သည္ဟု ဆိုေသာအရာအတြက္   ေမးခြန္းမ်ားေမးစရာျဖစ္ လာပါသည္။ ဗလခ ေဒသခံတစ္ဦးက “ဒါက အျပစ္မဲ့ျပည္သူမ်ားကို ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ရွိရွိတိုက္ခိုက္ျခင္း ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္၊ စစ္သား စစ္သားခ်င္း၊ ေသနတ္ ေသနတ္ခ်င္း တိုက္ခိုက္ႀကတာကို ဘာမွမေျပာလိုပါဘူး၊ ဒါေပမဲ့ အခုက အရပ္သားျပည္သူေတြကို ပစ္မွတ္ထားၿပီးတိုက္ခိုက္လာတာကိုေတာ့ ရႈတ္ခ်ပါတယ္။ ဒါက သူပုန္လုပ္ရပ္ပါ။” ဟုသူ၏အျမင္ကိုေျပာျပပါသည္။ ယခုအခါ ဖားကန္႔ေဒသခံအမ်ားစုမွာ ဗမာအစိုးရ၏ လုပ္ရပ္အေပၚ ခံျပင္းလွ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ ဒဏ္ရာရရွိသူမ်ားကိုလည္း ႏုိင္ငံေရးပါတီမ်ားႏွင့္ အသင္းေတာ္မွ တာ၀န္ရွိသူမ်ားက အလွဴေငြမ်ားေပးအပ္ကူညီလွ်က္ရွိသည္ဟု ဒဏ္ရာရရွိသူမ်ား၏ မိသားစု၀င္မ်ား က ေျပာျပပါသည္။

Burmese Government, which is based on Hpa Kant military tactic hill opened fire with heavy artillery weapon to  BaLaHka Jame mine civilians on 2nd November, according to KIA-front line officer report. In that incident,  (3) civilian were injured, one person was seriously condition.  Actually, these firing were the first time to shoot the civilians after peace talk with Government and this became totally five times to shoot the civilians with heavy artillery weapons. Anyhow, KIA didn’t refight to the Burmese army even those the Burmese army fired over 20 times. The Government aimed to shoot intentionally to the Kachin ethnic civilians’ quarter which is (4) miles far away from KIA areas of Maw Mau hill, Seng Ja Mountain and La Mawng hill. “Actually, the government army shoot intentionally to our innocent civilians, we don’t’ want to say their fighting soldiers to soldiers and weapons to weapons, but we condemn the Government fighting to the civilians, these are like insurgent action,” said one of the BaLaHka civilians.  Now, the civilians feel angry and bitterness on the Burmese Government army’s firing. And the churches and some parties helped the wounded civilians.
