ခရိုနီၾကီး ဦးေတဇ ျမန္မာျပည္ကို ဆီဆြတ္ထားသေလာ….. ေတဇ (ဦးေတဇ)သည္ အသက္ ၅၀ ႏွစ္အရြယ္ရိွျပီး ျမန္မာျပည္၏ ခ်မ္းသာဆံုးေသာ ထူးရင္းႏွီးျမဳပ္ႏွံတူးေဖၚေရာင္းခ်ေရးကုမၸဏီႏွင္႔ က်ြန္းသစ္ ၊ ဘဏ္လုပ္ငန္း၊ ဟိုတယ္မ်ားႏွင္႔ ေလေၾကာင္းခရီးပို႔ေဆာင္ေရး မွ အက်ိုဳးျမတ္မ်ားစြာ ရရိွေနေသာ သူတဦးျဖစ္၏။  

 

Tay Za, 50, is one of Burma’s richest men and is the chairman of Htoo Group, a conglomerate with businesses interests in teak trade, banking, hotels and the airline industry.

 

 သူ႕အား အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု အစိုးရမွ ၂၀၀၈ ခုႏွစ္ကတည္းကပင္ အေရးယူပိတ္ဆို႔ေရး နာမည္ပ်က္စာရင္း သြင္းထားျခင္းခံရေလေသာ အေၾကာင္းမွာ သူသည္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွ ေအာက္လမ္းနည္းမ်ားျဖင္႔ ျပည္သူလူထုအား မတရားဖိႏွိပ္ရက္စက္ အႏိုင္က်င္႔ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ထားေသာ ျမန္မာစစ္အစိုးရအတြက္ လက္နက္မ်ား ၀ယ္ယူေပးခဲ႔သူျဖစ္ေလသည္။ ထိုေၾကာင္႔ အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု ဘဏ္ဏာေငြ ကြပ္ကဲထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ေရး ဌာနမွ အဆိုပါ ဦးေတဇအား ျမန္မာစစ္အစိုးရအတြက္ စစ္ဘက္ဆိုင္ရာ ရံပံု ေငြ အလံုးရင္းရွာေပးသူႏွင္႔ လက္နက္ ပြဲစားၾကီး ဆိုေသာ ေခါင္းစဥ္ေအာက္တြင္ ထည္႔သြင္းသတ္မွတ္ကာ အေရးယူထားေလသည္။ 

 

 He has been on the US government sanction list since 2008 because he helped Burma’s repressive military regime procure weapons overseas. The US Treasury has described him as “an arms dealer and financial henchman of Burma’s repressive junta.

 He allegedly helped the junta obtain arms during Burma’s decades of international isolation, when it could only buy weapons from China, Russia and North Korea. On at least one occasion he reportedly helped secure a deal to buy Russian-made helicopter gunships and other military hardware.

“When the SLORC [State Law and Order Restoration Council] just came to have power [in 1988], it had no money. So a large amount timber was cut down to sell. That’s how the SLORC became acquainted with Tay Za,” Aung Lynn Htut

 Burma’s Air Force fleet currently consists of aircraft models from Russia, such as the Mikoyan MiG-29 fighters and several types of attack helicopters, and Chinese, American and European models bought by broker armed business tycoon, Tayza. Moreover, Burma’s army is known to have Russian surface-to-air missiles and artillery.

 

 ရုရွားႏိုင္ငံထုတ္ မီဒီယာ ဗရာဗိုရာ သတင္းစာတြင္ အလြန္ဆင္းရဲမြဲေတေနေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ ရုရွားထံတြင္ အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ သန္းေပါင္း ၆၀၀ ဖိုးမ်ွ အကုန္က်ခံကာ ရုရွားလုပ္ အဆိုပါ အမ္အိုင္ဂ်ီ ဂ်က္တိုက္ေလယာဥ္အစင္းေပါင္း ၂၀ အား ၀ယ္ယူခဲ႔ေၾကာင္း ႏိုင္ငံတကာသို႔ ၾကြားလံုးထုတ္ျပီး ရုရွားလက္နက္မ်ား အေရာင္းသြက္ေၾကာင္း ေရးသားထားဘူးေလသည္။

 

 Meanwhile, according to Russian media reports, impoverished Burma has spent $600 million on 20 Russian MiG-29 fighter planes.

 

 လြန္ခဲ႔ေသာ ႏွစ္ (၂၀၁၂)တြင္ ေနျပည္ေတာ္မွ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၆၀ ထက္မနည္း ေတာ္လွန္ပုန္ကန္ေနၾကေသာ တိုင္းရင္းသား သူပုန္အဖြဲ႔စည္းမ်ား အထူးသျဖင္႔ ေကအိုင္ေအ ကခ်င္ လြန္ေျမာက္ေရး တပ္မေတာ္ ႏွင္႔ ၄င္း၏ အေပါင္းပါ မဟာမိတ္မ်ားအား ျပင္းျပင္းထန္ထန္ အျမစ္ျပတ္ေခ်မွဳန္းရန္ ၾကိဳးစားခဲ႔သည္။ ထိုသို႔ျဖင္႔ ျမန္မာ႔ စစ္ဘက္ဆိုင္ရာ အုပ္စုမွ ျမန္မာစစ္တပ္၏ ေစခိုင္းညြန္ၾကားမွဳေအာက္တြင္ နယ္စပ္ေဒသ လံုျခံဳေရးတပ္ဖြဲ႕အေနျဖင္႔ မရပ္တည္ေသာ အပစ္ခတ္ရပ္စဲထားသည္႔ သူပုန္အဖြဲ႔မ်ားအား သိသာျမင္သာေအာင္ ခင္းက်င္းျပသသည္႔အေနျဖင္႔ ေလေၾကာင္း စစ္ဆင္ေရးမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ျပခဲ႔ေလသည္။ သို႔ရာတြင္ ကံမေကာင္းအေၾကာင္းမလွပဲ ျမန္မာ တပ္မေတာ္မွ ဆင္ႏြဲခဲ႔ေသာ ရုရွားမွ တင္ပို႔ထားသည္႔ ညံ႔ဖ်င္းေသာ လက္နက္ ကရိယာ တည္ေဆာက္မွဳ နည္းပညာေၾကာင္႔ ေလေၾကာင္း တိုက္ခိုက္မွဳမ်ားသည္ အသံုးမ၀င္ပဲ အလဟသ အခ်ီးနွီးျဖစ္ခဲ႔ရသည္။

 

 Since last year, Naypyidaw has intensified its drive to eliminate active resistance by groups such as the Kachin Independent Army (KIA)which has waged an ethnic-based insurgency for more than six decades . The regime has also been preparing for a showdown with cease-fire groups and lunched air strike on Kachin insurgent group that have so far refused to accede to demands to form themselves into border guard forces under Burmese military command. Unfortunately, Most of Air Strike by Myanmar Armed force were waved because of poor built ammunition system from Russia.

 

 ဲဲျမန္မာ အာဏာရွင္မွာ ၾကီးၾကီးမားမားပင္ အေရးေပၚ လက္နက္မ်ားအား ရုရွားမွ ၀ယ္ယူရျခင္းအေၾကာင္းမွာ ၂၀၀၁ခုႏွစ္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံႏွင္႔ျဖစ္ပြားေသာ နယ္စပ္ျပသနာတြင္ အေရးနွိမ္႔သြားရေသာေၾကာင္႔ျဖစ္ျပီး တရုတ္ႏိုင္ငံမွ စီးပြားေရးဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥမ်ားဆိုေသာ မ်က္ႏွာဖံုးစြပ္ျဖင္႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႔လာေရာက္ခဲ႔ေသာ ဒုတိယသမၼတ စင္က်န္ပင္း လာေရာက္လည္ပတ္ျပီး တရုတ္ျပည္မွ ဂ်က္ေလယာဥ္မ်ား ၀ယ္ယူမည္႔အစား ရုရွား စစ္တိုက္ေလယာဥ္ အမ္အိုင္ဂ်ီ ၂၉ မ်ားအား ေတဇအား ေစလႊတ္ကာ ၀ယ္ယူခိုင္းခဲ႔ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

 

 The Burmese regime, however, had bought 12 MiGs from Russia in 2001 following a border clash with Thailand, and announced its plan and Tayza as Myanmar military representative had to purchase a new fleet of MiG-29s only a few weeks after a trip to Burma by Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, whose public comments about strengthening economic ties probably masked the real reason for his visit: to persuade the junta to buy Chinese planes instead of the Russian MiGs.

Sources in Rangoon’s business community report that tycoon Tay Za visited Russia in June 20123 at the same time as Burma’s Commander-in-Chief Min Aung Hlaing. The commander is believed to have gone to Moscow to settle arms deals that were signed by Tayza with Russia under Burma’s past military regime

 Sen Gen Min Aung Hlaing visited Moscow on June 23-29 at the invitation of Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

He inspected the JSC RAC MiG plant near the capital Moscow and was provided with a test flight demonstration of Russia’s newly upgraded jet fighter, the MiG-29 M, government newspaper The New Light of Myanmar has reported.

Diplomatic sources in Rangoon said they believe that Min Aung Hlaing has been trying to clear arms deals with Russia, China and North Korea that were signed by tayza as armed dealer behalf of regime under Burma’s past military regime.
